2 pound rattlesake meat Salt and pepper to taste Paprika to taste 3/4 cup flour 1/2 cup cooking oil
Cut meat into 1-inch thick steaks. Dredge meat in a combination of salt, pepper, paprika and flour. Fry in oil until cooked and nicely browned, about 10 minutes. Serves 4.
