Oprah's got a new diet plan. Based on studies of overweight people who slimmed down and kept the pounds off, Dr. Oz's new plan is laid out in his new book "YOU: On a Diet," a collaberation with Dr. Michael Roizen. This one, they say, will really work.
My daughter is looking for a good book, I am thinking about getting this one for her. She is in college full time (nursing) and works a full time job. I heard some good things about this book of Dr. Oz's (plus I like his name). She has been eating poorly since she had her baby (Miss Maddie) and with work & school. She is fixing to graduate so I think this will help her when things cool down a bit. I also tell her now to eat so quickly as she is so busy, she practically chokes down her food. (Not good) Thank you Miss Maddie.
