2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced 2 cups rice, cooked 3 green onions, sliced 2 tablespoons celery, diced 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 4 oz. mushrooms, raw, sliced 10 oz. broccoli, frozen 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 tablespoons low-fat yogurt.
Mix cooked chicken and cooked rice together. Saute onions, celery, garlic powder, mushrooms, in 1 tablespoon water. Cook frozen broccoli. Drain. Add to sauteed vegetables. add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Serve vegetables over chicken-rice mixture. Top each with 1 tablespoon dollop of plain yogurt.
