1 cucumber
1/4 cup yogurt
3 mint leaves
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt
For Garnish:
Nutmeg powder
Lemon slices
Method:
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces. Put all the ingredients into a blender and puree them together until smooth. Pour into the serving cups, sprinkle nutmeg and garnish with lemon slices. You can strain the juice through a sieve if you like.
